Mike helped me take the younger Norway back to give my front yard garden more sun. Now we chop the remains: big ones for trellis and stakes, medium ones for chop and drop to edge beds. Little ones to the brush pile. One day the brush piles will be vacated of their tenants: bunnies, possums, raccoons, squirrels, chipmunks, skunks and will be hugel beds.
More beds to be dr-turfed at the front- need cardboard and newspaper and yesterday was garbage day- not thinking!
One of the grape shoots looks dead. I am thinking that the others, plus the remaining from the other planting will go across the squash trellis.
Full bloom: Climbing rose and Lathyrus.
